Salad and roti

This is the same roti as the previous post, which we wrapped up, froze, and then thawed a day later.

The best thing about testing is that you make a lot of food. This can also get tricky when there are just two of you to eat all of it and your freezer is already at maximum capacity. So to eat up some of our food orphans, we had salad with lettuce, hearts of palm, pineapple, tomatoes, radishes, and avocado. The roti we ate with a bean curry, and since we thought we might still be hungry made some rice with bajan seasoning. That rice is really tasty, but we were so full, and yet somehow not too full to eat some rum cake (from earlier this week). Stored in the fridge, the rum cake just gets better and better each night.
