Tofish #2

We tried the tofish recipe again, this time with some advice from Tay and although our first attempt was delicious, this one was MUCH BETTER. Unfortunately the picture doesn’t do it justice, but imagine a well seasoned, perfectly cooked piece of tofu with not one, but THREE layers of seasoning on it, on top of seasoned rice.

And salad, in the pretty salad bowl: heirloom lettuce, red and green grapes, tomatoes, radishes, avocado, pineapple, scallion and tahini dressing.
